Entirely from the 2023 vintage and comes from a specific parcel and cask. It is the first sparkling wine from their own base wine since 2016. Disgorged in April 2026.

The Riesling Sekt Brut Nature was made from grapes harvested in the Niedermenniger Herrenberg harvested in 2023 and underwent its secondary fermentation in bottle for 18 months before being disgorged in May 2026 (disgorgement date not provided on the label). This wine offers a gorgeous nose made of citrus fruit, pear, chalk, chamomile, and smoke. The mousse currently dominates still a bit the outstanding underlying material, so a year of waiting is really needed for the wine to find its balance. 2027-2033
