Techniques:      Maceration 14 -27 days tank and bin fermentations.  Aged on fine lees for 20 months and racked once before bottling.

Winemaker’s Notes: 

This is just a spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley! This medium bodied wine is both lithe and expressive, with embracing tannins wrapping gently around a focused core of dried herb-accented black cherry and licorice flavors, dancing with finesse on the finish.

This outstanding 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a touch of Petit Verdot (4%) blended in. Anise, dark currants and tar with tobacco leaf aromatics all fill the glass.
