The 2022 Malbec Bramare Valle de Uco blends grapes from a selection of vineyards across the Uco Valley. Twenty percent was aged for up to 18 months in oak barrels, while the remaining 80% was kept in tank. This purple-hued wine features notes of wet stone, black fruit, mint and blueberry, complemented by a fine layer of light oak. It is broad, smooth and concentrated on the palate, with a juicy mouthfeel that showcases wood nuances and a long, fruity finish. This lovely vintage balances concentration with freshness. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2037

Paul Hobbs was one of the first to recognize Malbec’s potential in Mendoza as a premium wine, and he built his winery on this premise. This wine’s structure allows both the creamy red fruitiness to show as well as with its lean finish. It has a little less grip than its sibling from Luján de Cuyo but is at the same time more tannic, which will lead to long aging.
