Our Take: Delicate yet quietly expressive, offering aromas of lemon oil, white peach, pear, and fresh almond with a subtle floral lift. The palate is finely textured and focused, combining ripe fruit with bright acidity and a stony, saline character that carries through a long, elegant finish.

• Terroir: Southwest-facing slope, cool site, well-draining, very calcareous clay soil.
• Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic.
• Vinification: Pressed for 1.5 hours, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, aged for an additional 7 months in tank, no fining, light filtration, SO2 added when racked to tank and before bottling (15-30 ppm total at bottling).
