From Didier Fornerol’s holdings in Corgoloin, at the southern edge of the Côte de Nuits, this is sourced from the limestone-rich Les Perrières vineyard. This Pinot Noir benefits from thin, rocky soils that deliver both brightness and structure. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes native-yeast fermentation in open-top vats with restrained pump-overs, preserving the wine's natural purity. Aged 18 months in mostly neutral oak (20% new), it's bottled unfiltered and unfined to retain its complexity and character.
