Vinification: Traditional vinification, with 15 days skin contact. Aging in oak barrels of varying sizes for one year followed by 6 months cellaring of the bottled wine.
92 points Falstaff: Rich ruby red with a shiny surface. Intense aromas of dark chocolate and black cherries, later some coffee and black pepper. Lively fruit freshness on the palate, well-integrated tannins, beautiful play, medium palate drive. Long lasting with a fruity finish.
