NV Éric Taillet "Sur la Grand Marais" Brut Nature offers an expressive bouquet with notes of candied citrus, white fruits, and subtle hints of truffle and mushroom, characteristic of the Marne Valley terroir. The bubbles present a dynamic freshness and bright sapidity, leading to a lingering finish with truffle and brioche minerality. This Champagne is perfect for a sunny brunch or pairing with fresh seafood.

Andreas Larsson - Tasted (90): Bright light golden colour with a young and lively 'mousseux'. Youthful nose, more fruit driven than autolytic with floral hints, citrus and darker more pinot derivated plum and red berries. The palate is bone dry and fresh with good grip, high acidity and generous fruit, pear and crushed berries with ripe citrus notes and long, crisp finish. It shows some more vinosity and autolys after some aeration. Vintage: Non Vintage.
