Semeli Feast White, crafted by renowned oenologist Yiannis Flerianos, is a testament to the unique terroir of the Mantinia plateau and Achaia. The high-altitude vineyards, with their sandy and clay soils, are the perfect environment for slow grape ripening, granting the wine a distinctive aromatic profile and crispness.
Composition: Moschofilero and Roditis grapes from high altitude vineyards. Soil type: sandy and clay.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked, chilled, and the free-run juice is separated for classic white wine vinification. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures of 16-17°C.
Aging: Maturation on fine lees in the tank at low temperature for three months.
