Drinking Window 2025 - 2030

Disgorged in July 2024 with a dosage of 2.5 grams per liter, the latest NV Extra-Brut Rosé de Meunier (2021 base) has 40% reserve wines from 2020. As usual, it’s composed of 60% Pinot Meunier vinified as Blanc de Noirs, 30% macerated grapes and 10% still red wine and jumps from the glass with aromas of redcurrants, cranberries and spices. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, vinous and layered, with a generous fruit core supported by bright acidity, concluding with a long, perfumed finish.

Drinking Window 2024 - 2029

The NV Extra Brut Rosé de Meunier (2021 base) is an attractive wine. It is one of the more easygoing Champagnes in this range, a wine that does not try to be anything more than it is. Kirsch, spice, cedar, tobacco, blood orange and dried leaves linger. This release is a blend of 60% 2021 and 40% 2022. Dosage is 2.5 grams per liter.
