Passerine Crémant de Limoux Brut Rosé NV captures the essence of the La Digne-d’Aval vineyards, where songbirds serenade the vines. This sparkling wine, made using the Traditional Method, offers a delightful salmon hue and refreshing notes of red fruit complemented by floral undertones.
Composition: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir. Vine age and soil type not specified.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using only the 'coeur de presse' – cuvée and taille. Final press 'rebêche' is not used.
Aging: 12 months on the lees.

Andreas Larsson - Tasted (88): Rather deep rosé colour with a garnet hue and vivid young bubbles. Pure and youthful nose, pinot-driven with red cherry, plum, raspberry, pain d´épices and some floral hints. Medium weight on the palate, fresh red berry flavours, youthful with a creamy mid-palate, rounded acidity and a medium to long finish.
