Falstaff (95): The first impression is of strawberry sorbet. This soon gives way to a creamy, subtle nose of autumnal red raspberry leaf, iron oxide and Red Delicious apple. The palate then arrives like a wave of softness, like a velvety caress of the finest, most delicate mousse and a rounded but well-defined body. The wine has something supple, something generous, but also something completely sensual about it, and with a little more air, a gentle, perfumed floral hint dances and floats. What a unique and seductive expression of a warm and sunny vintage.

Andreas Larsson - Tasted (94): Bright and pale colour with a copper hue and vivid small bubbles. Pure and intense perfume showing confit de citron, raspberry, marzipan, fine pastry and fresh butter. Distinct and grippy palate with good concentration marrying ripe fruit notes with a brilliant freshness, soft and supple creaminess, good autolytic complexity with fine nutty notes, light toast and wild strawberry flavours. Long and really persistent finish.
