Yann Bertrand Julienas 100% 2022 - 1.5L

From a 1 hectare parcel “La Rizière” made of “white earth”, a substrate of sedimentary clay and marl. Certified organic, bush trained vines. Native cover crops are tilled into the soil in alternating rows.. A blend of plant material is used for vine treatments. Juliénas is the furthest north cru of the Beaujolais and has a unique terroir from the better known crus to the south. Yann was inspired to produce Juliénas because the terroir is rather unknown and also because he forged a relationship with a passionate grower of grapes in the village.
