The 2023 J'en Veux Encore is a blend of Gamay, mostly from Fleurie, and Pinot Noir from Jura, fermented together in an oak vat. 2023 was a very warm year, and the wine is quite unusual, quite dark and powerful, structured and very different from a sample of unbottled 2024 Fleury that was ethereal and light. This is a little atypical and feels like it might need three or four years in bottle to come around. 4,000 bottles produced.
