Crafted from a blend of Sousón, Brancellao, Ferrol, and Mencía grapes, this wine reflects the unique character of the vineyards located within the parish of Gomariz. The clay, schist, and sandy granite soils contribute to its distinctive flavor profile.
Composition: Sousón, Brancellao, Ferrol, and Mencía. Vines are grown on clay, schist, and sandy granite soils.
Winemaking: The wine undergoes fermentation with careful vinification techniques to preserve its unique character.
Aging: Aged in oak barrels for 12 months followed by bottle aging to enhance complexity and depth.
