Paolo Scavino's Dolcetto d'Alba showcases the pure expression of this beloved Piemontese varietal from the prestigious Bricco Ambrogio vineyard in Roddi d'Alba. Crafted from 70-year-old vines rooted in distinctive Marne di Sant'Agata soils—a special type of calcareous clay that imparts minerality and structure—this wine embodies the traditional winemaking philosophy that has made Paolo Scavino a revered name in Piemonte. Hand-harvested in mid-September at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo careful maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, preserving the authentic terroir character and vibrant fruit expression that defines exceptional Dolcetto d'Alba.
