The unique microclimate, characterized by harsh winters and cool summer nights, enhances the maturation of the Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietals, resulting in a well-balanced wine.

Composition: 100% Agiorgitiko. Vine age and soil type: Clay soil at 400m altitude.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and undergo traditional red vinification with pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 22-24°C.
Aging: Maturation on the fine lees for four months.
