Discover the essence of the Semeli Feast Red, crafted with precision from selected vineyards on the slopes of Nemea and Messinia. The unique microclimate, characterized by harsh winters and cool summer nights, enhances the maturation of the Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietals, resulting in a well-balanced wine.
Composition: 100% Agiorgitiko. Vine age and soil type: Clay soil at 400m altitude.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and undergo traditional red vinification with pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 22-24°C.
Aging: Maturation on the fine lees for four months.
