Lemon verbena, tarragon and apricot – this is not as ripe as other Condrieu, and the acidity is slightly higher. Rich in body, with an opulent mouthfeel and some welcome tension, this makes for an intense style of Condrieu; it’s dry, with a saline edge. From parcels on muscovite granite in Chavanay, aged in barriques and foudres.

Gorgeous notes of pineapple, white peach, spice, and flowers define the 2023 Condrieu La Petite Cote. Ultra-classic, pure, balanced, and elegant on the palate, with integrated acidity and a layered mouthfeel, this is a beautiful Condrieu to enjoy over the coming 5-7 years. Drink 2025-2031.

Showing restraint, this is not overly ripe in style, with a touch of toast augmenting the plush profile of apricot, pear, thyme and fresh fennel. A salty, briny layer washes through, and there’s an appealingly zesty mineral bite on the well-concentrated finish. Drink now through 2030. 120 cases imported.
