“The 2023 Gigondas Les Souteyrades is based on 80% Grenache and the rest Mourvèdre. It has a ripe, concentrated, medium to full-bodied style as well as beautiful aromatics of red fruits, peppery garrigue, and spicy, Provençal nuances. It's balanced and has the vintage's fresher, focused, elegant style, good concentration, and integrated tannins.”

Terroir: Plots located on the lower terraces of the Gigondas Appellation in the locality known as Les Souteyrades.
Grape varieties: Grenache 80%, Mourvèdre 20%
Vine age: Grenache (1948), Mourvèdre (1977)
Winemaking: Blending during fermentation. Long maceration of 7 weeks in concrete vats.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in oak casks. Bottled without fining or filtration.
