The 2023 Pinot Noir Carson Phillips Vineyard comes from vines planted in 2000 in volcanic soils. Fermented with 25% whole clusters and matured for 11 months in 10% new oak, it has layered aromas of red cherry, blackberry, blood orange, conifer and incense. Medium-bodied, it floods the mouth with bright, sapid flavors. It’s structured by fine, chalky tannins, and its bright, mouthwatering acidity calls you back for another sip. 165 cases were made.
