Vinification: Traditional vinification, with 15 days skin contact. Aging in oak barrels of varying sizes for one year followed by 6 months cellaring of the bottled wine.
Our Tasting Note:
93 points Falstaff: Dark purple. Spicy aromas of cherries, geranium and violet with some pepper. A fresh fruit core on the palate with beautiful development with clear interplay. Hearty tannins surround the sweet aromas. An individual and accessible wine.
