Demarie Sabbia Orange Wine is a captivating expression of the Arneis grape, cultivated with care in the Roero region of Piemonte. This unique wine stands out for its innovative winemaking technique, which treats the white Arneis like a red, allowing the juice to ferment with skins and seeds. This approach results in a wine with a complex bouquet featuring aromas of apricot stone, almonds, and green tea, reminiscent of Sherry Amontillado.

Composition: 100% Arneis. The vineyard is located in Vezza d’Alba, cultivated by the Demarie family for generations.

Winemaking: Fermentation with skins and seeds for 20 days, followed by post-fermentation maceration.

Aging: Aged in 225-litre French oak barriques for four months, then in stainless steel tanks for additional four months.
