The result is an organic Prosecco that captures the essence of its terroir, offering a unique tasting experience.
Composition: Glera grape varietals, cultivated in biodynamic vineyards.
Winemaking: Traditional fermentation process with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the grapes.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromatic profile.
Falstaff (91): Bright straw yellow with silver reflections, persistent mousse. Ripe apricot and peach on the nose, followed by floral notes reminiscent of white roses. More citrus fruit on the palate, juicy and lively, delicate texture, animating acidity, medium length.
