Nestled in a lieu-dit adjacent to Morgon and Fleurie, this vineyard boasts vines over 60 years old, producing a wine with profound depth and excellent aging potential. The meticulous selection and gravity-fed vinification process enhance the wine's exceptional qualities.
Composition: 100% Gamay. Vines are over 60 years old, thriving on granite soils.
Winemaking: Whole-bunch pre-fermentation maceration at cold temperatures, followed by alcoholic fermentation with cap-punching and pumping-over.
Aging: The wine is aged to enhance its complexity and depth.
