Patricio Tapia - Descorchados (92): Semillon and chenin are two varieties that dominated the panorama of white wines in Argentina (and also in Chile), before all the chardonnays and sauvignon blancs appeared, so this wine is a kind of homage to those two grapes that are today the subject of a revival. This has aromas and flavors of honey and white fruits in a clear allusion to the semillon, while the chenin seems to provide the tense acidity in the background. One for shellfish au gratin.
