Composition: This unique red blend is crafted from three varietals, meticulously hand-harvested from three distinct vineyards across California.
Winemaking: The grapes undergo carbonic maceration for 6-10 days in stainless steel, followed by fermentation with natural yeast in a mix of concrete and stainless steel for 8-12 days. Each varietal is fermented separately to preserve its unique characteristics.
Aging: The wine is aged for 10 months in neutral oak barrels to enhance its natural fruit flavors while maintaining a balanced acidity.
