Paris Wine Co is a project built to bring inexpensive, delicious wines to the dinner table. The Parisian company doesn't make the wine; they commission farmer to make it for them. This red is a great add to any grocery list.
It's bottled under the broadest Loire Valley appellation, but sourced from just a few vineyards around Chateaumeillant, in the Eastern Loire Valley. The vines were planted in the 1990's on sandy gravel. The wine is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in steel for 6 months to keep it fresh.
