La Sibilla Campi Flegrei Falanghina 2024 is a remarkable white wine that embodies the rich volcanic terroir of Campania, Italy. Crafted by the esteemed La Sibilla winery, this wine is a testament to the Di Meo family's dedication to respectful agriculture and artisanal viticulture. Located in the picturesque Campi Flegrei, the vineyards benefit from volcanic soils and a unique microclimate, resulting in a wine with expressive freshness and vibrant character.
Composition: 100% Falanghina. Vine age and soil type: Vines planted on volcanic soils at 50-350 metres above sea level.
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and fermented at controlled temperatures of 17/18°C, followed by a 12-hour maceration.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
