• Size: 0.60 ha (1.40 ac)
• Vine Age: Planted in 1973
• Terroir: Eastern/southeastern exposure, mid-slope, 250m altitude. Deep, red soil that is high in iron oxide and manganese.
• Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), biodynamic (Demeter, 2006)
• Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation. Aged 11-18 months in 228L used oak barrels and another 6 months tank.
