Vinification: Directly pressed, indigenous yeast fermentation (2/3 in older barrels, 1/3 in tank). Aged for 12 months, minimal sulfur, added only at bottling.

A tank sample, still on lees. Fullish yellow. Yellow fruit too, some attractive fruit, ripe citrus and a plum or two, good acidity, full bodied, some of the natural character at the back, exceptionally long. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Dec 2024.
