Co-ferments are a fun adventure, and this one is extra surprising in all the best ways—versatile for all seasons, occasions, and cuisines, and delightful whether served chilled or at room temperature.

Sustainably grown in our Finger Lakes vineyard near Cayuga Lake, this 50/50 blend of de-stemmed Estate Pinot Noir and Gewürtztraminer is layered at harvest and co-ferments naturally in our 2000L Concrete Diamond amphora. Daily pumpovers and a dry fermentation, followed by a return to concrete for further aging, yield a natural wine that drinks like a structured, robust rosé.

Tasting Notes:
A light-bodied, chillable red with a burst of sweet and spiced aromas—potpourri, lychee, and cranberry—leading to a palate of pomegranate, white tea, and river rock, all held together by delicate tannins.

Perfect for:
Making any Gewürz hater into a lover. Great for sunny, warm weather when you don't want to commit to a white or rosé.
