It’s a cooler place because of the forest around it, and the wine has a moderate 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.6 and 5.6 grams of acidity. It’s medium-bodied and balanced, with fine tannins. It matured in well-seasoned, neutral oak barrels for 16 months. 76,435 bottles produced.
