Torre dei Beati 'Di-Vèrto' Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from vines of about 25 years of age grown with the traditional tendone system on predominantly sandy soils. Furthermore, the plants, located on steep hillsides, are managed organically. In the cellar, the hand-picked grapes are softly pressed and the resulting must undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation thanks to the exclusive action of indigenous yeasts. Maturation takes place in Clayver ceramic barrels for about a year in contact with the fine lees before bottling.
