They selected the best grapes, from two plots planted in 1984 and 1985, destemmed and fermented separately with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It matured in French oak barrels, 85% of them new, for 18 months. 8,150 bottles, 200 magnums and 50 double-magnums produced.
