2019 Cornas 'Equis' JLL() very dark; bacon fat, lardon, blackcurrant airs on the nose which is intense, probing. The palate has knuckle within its compact richness, the tannins carrying a firm feel, are resolute. This is solid, square-jawed Cornas, a grounded do.
