Rosso di Montalcino Tornesi comes to life in the south-west and south-east areas of Montalcino, from a stony soil mixed with marl particularly rich in skeleton.

Lively dark red. Initially reticent aromas of red berries, licorice, and musk, with livelier minty notes emerging with aeration. Straightforward, even steely in the middle, with good herbal lift to the rather saline red fruit and spice flavors.
