One of the better Brunello values we have seen of late in the Riserva category!

The Riserva is produced 6 years after the harvest, only with the best grapes in exceptional years. A meditation wine, which requires time and calm. Beautiful wine for special occasions.

Soil composition: Stony, marl, rich in skeleton in the two South East and South West areas
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of yeasts. In 50 hl vats, intense initial pumping over with maximum temperature control at 30 degrees centigrade, long maceration on the skins.
Aging: 36 months in 7/30 hl Slavonian oak barrels
