Wine Critic Reviews
Gismondi on Wine (89): The blend is equal parts viognier, roussanne, clairette, and grenache blanc, grown on limestone soils at 320-330 metres. It was the last block of vines to convert to organic. 2023 was a solid and dry vintage compared to 2024, though not as dry as 2022. This limey style has good minerality and bright acidity and sees no oak. Think about serving it with asparagus and goat cheese or burrata with heirloom tomatoes. Pesquié is picking earlier to compensate for the extremes of climate change, and they're having success. (Anthony Gismondi).
