There is a constant stream of numerous, fine, white bubbles. The intensity of the flavour develops with the release of the bubbles and gives notes of floral essence; hawthorn and acacia. A gentle hint of minerals adds to the complexity! After the initial agreeable assault on the mouth, we discover a harmonious mixture of lemon and pink grapefruit with a finale of hazelnut. This is a beautifully balanced wine.
