The Cebreros vineyard in the Paraje El Reventon produces wine that combines Meditteranean and continental characteristics, aromatic herbs, and vibrant acidity, of which the 2018 El Reventon is a textbook example. It seems like a textbook Reventon, with finesse and maintaining the aromatic herbs and the strong aromatics. The Palate is elegant and precise, with very fine grain tannins and a sleek texture. This is an exceptional vintage for this wine.
