VertdeVin (91): The nose is fresh . It reveals notes of fresh blackberry , crunchy wild raspberry and small notes of varietals associated with touches of fleshy cassis as well as discreet hints of toasted / chocolate . The palate is fruity , fresh and offers an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / crunchy cassis, crunchy raspberry and more slightly crunchy / juicy blackberry associated with small touches of crunchy wild strawberry as well as small touches of sweet spices , toasted / chocolate , a very discreet hint of mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of caramelized almond (in the background). Tannins are well-built . Good length . The finish is very discreetly grainy.
