Gilbert & Gaillard (94): Blood-red with garnet-brown glints. Toasty chocolaty nose of ripe black fruits, kirsch, spices, liquorice and minerality. Powerful, sun-drenched palate with lovely aromatic fluidity and rich fruit. Vibrant finish with well-controlled warmth.
