Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider (87): Much better in bottle than in barrel, the wine opens with a strong savory edge to the leafy tobacco and red currant nose. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, fresh, bright, dusty and crisp, with a peppery accent to the herbs and red fruits, with a hint of cocoa in the finish. This will probably be at its best in its youth. Drink from 2023-2030.

Andreas Larsson - Tasted (89): Darker fruit, ripe without any sense of sweetness, a grippy tannic backbone, slight herbal spiciness, ample structure with a generous length.
