Our Tasting Note:
Lemon yellow core, lighter edges. A med+ nose is pure and persistent, very fresh with meyer lemon, white peach, and some pineapple pith, there is creamy edge to it (lees aging) with some nice salinity coming in too. Medium bodied, med/med+ acids, with a med+ palate and finish that is juicy and fresh, cut nicely with that salty finish 

Grape: Pecorino
Viticulture: Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and whole-berry pressed.  From vines planted in clay, in rolling, hilly expositions facing the Adriatic Sea to the east.
Vinification: Ferments spontaneously in steel tanks, aged on the fine lees until bottling.
Alcohol: 14%
