Terroir: The vines are located in Ampuis and Saint Cyr on the Rhone. Soils consist of loess in Saint Cyr and pebble in Ampuis with southeast exposure.
Grape Variety: Roussanne, Viognier, Altesse, Clairette
Vine Age: 5 to 10 years
Vinification: Harvested by hand and careful sorting is carried out in the vineyard by the pickers. When they arrive at the cellar, the grapes are pressed and then settled in the cold. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, always with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: 1 year in barrels and stainless steel tank. Fining and light filtration occurs before bottling.
Tasting: Lively and fresh wine with aromas of citrus fruits and flowers. Pair with shellfish, crustaceans, fish, goat cheese, or alone as an aperitif.
