The Greco di Tufo DOCG by Le Masciare is a remarkable representation of the rich and unique terroir of Chianche, Italy. This organic wine showcases a bright straw yellow color with delightful hints of pear, peach, and citrus, balanced by a lively acidity and a distinct minerality. The slightly bitter almond finish adds complexity to this exquisite wine.
Composition: 100% Greco grapes, grown on volcanic soil at 650 meters altitude. Winemaking:
Traditional cold soaking for 12 hours at 10°C, followed by a 15-day fermentation at 18°C in steel tanks. Aging:
Bottled in spring post-harvest, maturing for an additional 2-3 months in the bottle.
