Composition: 100% Pinot Noir. The vineyard features vines planted on the rich, mineral-laden soils of Sancerre, enhancing the wine's complexity and depth.
Winemaking: The grapes undergo mechanical harvesting and are transferred to open vats via a conveyor belt. Alcoholic fermentation is carefully managed with variable pump-overs and punch-downs, tailored to each vintage's unique character.
Aging: The wine is aged on very fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its purity and balance.
