This practicing organic and SIP certified wine showcases the complexity achieved through ancient seabed, decomposed granite, and clay soils that define this acclaimed AVA. Each vineyard site is vinified separately with 25% whole cluster fermentation, creating layers of depth and character that express the unique microclimates of the Santa Ynez Valley.
