Wine Critic Reviews

Gismondi on Wine (90): The Brut Réserve is a classic introduction to a traditionally styled champagne, an 80/20 mix of pinot and chardonnay. The pinot noir makes for intense upfront red fruit that dissolves into a honeyed citrus palate with a light creamy texture. The winery suggests saucy white meat dishes or beautiful creamy cheeses. Here on the West Coast, I think of various shellfish led by oysters and crabs. Ready to drink. This was aged between 24-36 months and is dosed with 10-11 g/L RS.

Falstaff (91): Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Fresh orange zest, yellow tropical fruit, delicate herbal savouriness, some honey blossom. Medium body, ripe yellow apple, subtle fruit sweetness, delicate acidic structure, remains persistent, offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
