Exposure : Southern on a light slope.
Farming : Sustainable farming, short pruning in bushes, putting straw in the vines. Winemaking: 6 days maceration with whole clusters in gridded tanks.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in concrete tank.
Clarification: Light filtration.
Tasting Notes: Very dark red robe. A nose very seductive characterized with blackfruits and roasted notes. In the palate, the wine is very ripe and fruity, with a nice mineral backbone.
