Vouette et Sorbee Champagne Blanc d'Argile NV is a remarkable expression of Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar region. Crafted by Bertrand Gautherot, this Champagne emphasizes a Burgundian sensibility with biodynamically farmed vineyards rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Blanc d’Argile offers an intense, vinous profile with aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, and fresh herbs, finishing with a striking saline quality. The palate is layered and intense with notes of lemon curd, crushed stones, and a hint of brioche, carried by a firm, racy backbone.

Composition: 100% Chardonnay from Kimmeridgian limestone soils.

Winemaking: Fermented with native yeasts and aged in used oak barrels.

Aging: Bottled without filtration and minimal sulfur, aged on lees in oak for a textured expression.
